Need Exercise Ideas To Do With Someone Else?
To become and stay healthy, you have to exercise. Heard that one before?
Well...it is much easier to do once you figure out whether you enjoy exercising with people, or alone. Once you figure that out, and enjoy exercising it might become a regular thing. This equals a more healthy you!
Exercise Ideas with someone:
With a pet:
- Walk to and around the park
- Walk around the neighborhood
- Play games at the park- fetch, catch, chase, etc
- Go running
With friends:
- Go on a walk
- Build an obstacle course and see who can complete it the fastest
- Learn something new, such as: dodge ball, tennis, laser tag, ultimate frisbee, volleyball, yoga, basketball, wall ball, rowing, croquet
With the family:
- Hiking
- Find a new place to walk and explore
- Clean up the inside and/or outside of your house
- Walk through a farmer's market (and buy some fresh produce)
- Offer to go on a walk with a parent after dinner...and it might just get you out of washing the dishes!
- Play badminton with your family
