Ever wonder what the right portion size is?  There are many portions that look like they are right, or maybe that's just the size that you have every day.  As I found information for this page, I was suprised at how different the actual portion sizes of some things are compared to what I had thought.  Check out the size difference between the correct and wrong portion sizes.  You might be suprised.
